Life Science and Well-Being Village
Combining advanced life science research and
business development facilities with a state-of-the-art leisure centre, extra
care housing and nursing care, Llanelli’s Life Science and Well-being Village
at Delta Lakes will be among the first developments of its kind.
Education and training facilities at the
heart of the Village will focus on training the next generation of healthcare
professionals, all set within landscaped green spaces for cycling, walking and
other outdoor activities.
Located in an attractive lakeside setting,
the Village is aimed at boosting the local economy, creating new, high-quality
jobs and improving people’s health and well-being, while also leaving a
long-term legacy for local communities and beyond.
